How to find a standalone line with no extra words

Ordinary search in Playphrase.me finds words inside longer lines. To hear only the whole phrase you entered, enclose it in straight double quotes.

For example:

"hello"

This searches for a standalone hello, with no words before or after it. Results may include Hello?: a question mark does not make it a different phrase in terms of words.

Use this when you want a short greeting, answer, or exclamation as its own excerpt. Without quotes, hello can occur within a longer greeting or sentence.

Quotation marks apply to the line's text. Pronunciation and situation still vary: one person greets someone, another answers the phone, and a third calls out. Keep the quoted query and listen to several videos to hear those differences.

To hear how other words are added to the expression, remove the quotes. Search will include longer lines containing it again.
